Wagga Acupuncture Centre

Wagga Acupuncture Centre uses secure encrypted clinical platform Cliniko for bookings and for keeping compulsory confidential notes from each treatment session. Private sector health records must be kept for seven years after the last treatment was provided for an adult patient. Where the patient was aged less than 18 years, records must be kept until the patient turns 25 years old.

By providing personal information to me, Damian Somerville of Wagga Acupuncture Centre, you consent to my collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any other arrangements that apply between us. I may change this Privacy Policy from time to time by publishing changes to it on the Wagga Acupuncture Centre website. I encourage you to check the Wagga Acupuncture Centre website periodically to ensure that you are aware of my current Privacy Policy.

Personal Information includes information or an opinion about an individual that is reasonably identifiable. For example, this may include your name, age, gender, postcode and contact details. I will acknowledge your complaint and respond to you regarding your complaint within a reasonable period of time.
